About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its senior leadership team. The CAO will be a strategic partner to the Dean, leading the financial and operational strategy to ensure that resources are effectively aligned with the academic mission and strategic priorities. This pivotal role involves direct oversight of finance, human resources, facilities, information technology, compliance, and financial aid, and requires a leader who can anticipate challenges, and opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-year financial and operational planning, and will work closely with the Advancement team to identify and prioritize strategic funding opportunities. The ideal candidate for the CAO position at the company will have a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of administrative leadership experience, preferably in a large, complex, or mission-driven organization. They must be an inspiring leader, adept at talent management, and possess a strong strategic vision. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial stewardship, operational excellence, and technology adoption. The CAO will also be responsible for shaping and advancing the company's people strategy, ensuring a high-performance culture, and addressing workforce needs. The candidate should be a trusted advisor, with excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
