We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Pikesville, MD a suburb just North of Baltimore. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has excellent manual adjusting skills, great work ethic and is a true team player who is self-motivated and has a positive attitude with compassion. Preferably the incoming chiropractor has PT privileges in Maryland, has clinical experience and is willing to work with an integrated team. Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors, nurse practitioners, three massage therapists, and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. Our doctors and medical staff have extensive knowledge of body mechanics, sports injuries, family care, weight loss solutions, weight loss programs, pain management, and more.
Duties: - Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis , treatment plan of care options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, F/D - rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with other healthcare providers and support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in MD with PT privileges
- Preferably experienced but will consider motivated recent grads
Schedule: Total compensation (range): - $90k-$100k (base plus bonuses- depending on experience)
