The firm is committed to client relationships and meeting the needs of individual, business, and municipal clients. Duties Represent clients in the estate planning process. Draft estate planning and trust administration documents. Assist clients with trust funding and provide guidance. Prepare and assemble federal estate tax returns. Manage trust and probate administration matters. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to estate planning. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements Current New York Bar admission. 3+ years of Trusts and Estates experience preferred. Strong desire to further legal skills. Education Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications New York State Bar admission. Skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills.
