What You'll Do as a Staffing Recruiter

• Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities.


• Build strong pipelines through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.


• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.


• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make hiring recommendations.


• Maintain compliance with staffing regulations, background checks, and company policies.
