Overview Must have some recent experience in civil litigation, including preparation of demand letters, court hearing calendaring, preparation of civil complaints/lawsuits (with attorney supervision). Responsibilities This is a full-time onsite position, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm. Prepare and file civil complaints/lawsuits and demand letters, and calendar court hearings under attorney supervision. Coordinate case deadlines and support multi-task assignments to meet deadlines.
