Laundry Tech – Mississippi Department of Employment Security We are seeking a Laundry Tech to perform laundry duties in a local nursing facility. Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing. Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment. Operate laundry machinery safely. Requirements Must be physically able and willing to do laundry in a local nursing facility. Some lifting will be required. Shift schedule: 2 pm to 8 pm, 5‑hour shifts, 4 days per week. Applicants will undergo a criminal background check, fingerprint check, and be tested for TB. A drug test will be required before the start date. Candidates cannot have any felonies.
