⚙️ Industrial Maintenance Technician – Aerotek -- Paris, KY

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues quickly and get equipment back up and running
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen
• Use schematics, tools, and technical documentation to solve complex problems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
• Identify improvements to boost reliability and reduce repeat issues

✅ What We’re Looking For

Core Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical & electrical systems
• Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• A safety-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Preventative or reliability-centered maintenance experience
• A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Clear communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Paris,KY.
