Job Title: HEDIS Nurse
Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 5+ Months
This position is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all Medicaid and Medicare (Stars) HEDIS member. This position is also responsible for assisting Manager, Outreach & Interventions operationalize all initiatives to improve our HEDIS performance by working with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Required:
Responsibilities includes medical records reviews, data collection, chart abstractions, reporting and analyses.
Must have good communication skills and be very detailed oriented.
This position is responsible for HEDIS data collection
