Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Operate POS systems such as SpotON POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and assist with beverage recipe development to introduce new offerings.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience of 3-5+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, processes, and cocktail techniques.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as SPOTon POS is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Ability to manage own shift with confidence.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
