Providing administrative and production support for various projects, the full-time Architectural Project Coordinator will coordinate information across account teams and production studios while working remotely from any location in the US. Key responsibilities Interface with internal and external stakeholders to streamline project communication and efficiency Take initiative in scheduling, troubleshooting project issues, and making informed decisions Coordinate teams and manage project updates to ensure optimal workflow across various accounts Required qualifications High school diploma, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or Construction Services is preferred Experience in a support role within a team or group setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of initiative
